Enhanced Rewards

Crime Stoppers offers cash rewards of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of an offender on any felony case.  The following cases are those in which an outside source has provided funding to offer an ENHANCED REWARD specific to an individual case.

The body of 34-yr old SARAH GIBBS was found in her Warsaw home as fire crews were extinguishing a fire there.  A forensic pathologist determined the cause of death to be an "intentional, deliberate act" of assault, prior to the fire.

$10,000 Cash Reward

The night of July 13, 2012, 61-year old Ann Dawson was confronted in her home by a suspect dressed entirely in black.  He struck her on the head multiple times and demanded money.  The suspect bound her legs and hands.  In the process of dragging Mrs. Dawson up the stairs, the suspect broke bones in her wrist and arm.  Her injuries required surgeries, but she is recovering.  The suspect is described as a white male in his twenties, brown eyes, about 5'7" with a thin build. He made off with an undisclosed amount of cash.

$6,000 Cash Reward

On August 17, 2012 as 7-year old Kristyana Jackson arrived home at 720 Kilbourn St. in Elkhart with her mother, they were approached by 2 armed suspects.  As her father met them at the door, the suspects open-fired hitting her and her father.  Kristyana died 2 days later as a result of her wound.

$10,000 Cash Reward

On August 25, 2007, 87-year old Juliana Raatz was found dead in her home at 1604 Nichols Court, Long Beach, IN, following a house fire.  The fire was ruled arson and her death a homicide.  Her family has put up the enhanced reward.
